What is your specialty?
I love natural light photography, especially outdoor sunset sessions. I love capturing the connections that exist between families, couples and friends!
How do you get people to relax at their session?
Vodka (kidding). I start by choosing a location with privacy because *most* people don't like an audience during their session. We talk about the kids, family, life, whatever! I encourage hugs, snuggles and playing instead of sitting still. We just have a lot of fun!
Where will our session take place?
I am drawn to locations with beautiful sunset light so I am happy to share my favorite places to shoot. If you see a place you love on my website, let me know. If you have a place in mind, that's cool too!
What time of day will our session take place?
All of my outdoor sessions take place at "golden hour" for that beautiful, sun soaked light. Nothing compares to that time of day so that's when I shoot! The actual time varies throughout the year but it is about 60 minutes before sunset.
How long will our session be?
Typically, family and couple sessions are approximately 60 minutes and senior sessions are about two hours. My goal is for every person I work with to have fun, enjoy the session and love the final results so no session will ever be rushed.
How should we prepare for our session?
After booking your session I will send you a prep guide with lots of great info and suggestions for what to wear. If you have any special ideas for the session please let me know!
What happens after the session?
After providing you with a sneak peek of your images online, your images will be delivered via digital download in a custom, shareable gallery within two weeks of your session.

Do you offer prints?
Yes! You may order professional prints as well as a variety of awesome products like canvases and cards directly from your gallery. Of course, you can download and order elsewhere if you choose as well.

What kind of gear do you use?
I am a Nikon girl through and through. I currently shoot with a Nikon D4 and a variety of lenses both zoom and prime. My favorite lens is the 70-200, 2.8.
